赤ちゃんってすぐに大きくなってしまうので、こんなに高価な毛糸で一生懸命編んでもすぐに着られなくなってしまうからなぁ…と思ってはいけません！
特に一人目のベビーはおかあさんにとっては何とも言えない愛らしさ！是非時間のある妊娠中に、お仕事の有る方は産前休暇中に編みましょう！

産まれて間もない赤ちゃんにちいさーいニットを着せるとものすごく可愛いです。日本の本と違ってサイズがピチだし甘すぎません。それから、シンプルでありながら編み端が伸びないディテールがあったり、ラグランの目がたててあってかわいかったりします。

私はガーター編みのカシュクールと、セーターと足つきレギンスのセット、ラグランのカーディガンを作りました。もっと作りたかったのですがこの本、９ヶ月までです…一応ピチピチでまだ着られますが。
日本の本でも同じですが、サイズと素材選びには気をつけたいですね。せっかく編んでも季節に合わない素材だと出番が少なくもったいないです。
